It is amazing how popular this unconventional show has become. For those unfamiliar, it takes a look at the Teutul family and their Orange County Chopper workshop, where they build the most incredible motorcycles. But, this comes with a whole lot of conflict, tension and race against the clock to finish highly precise fabrication of custom bikes. Paul Sr. and -Jr. are constantly butting heads with their opposing views on how to do things, while younger sibling Mikey is the more carefree of the clan. The hot tempers may get on some viewers nerves, but the creative and technical process of bringing these unique motorcycles to life is quite an entertaining experience – shouting and throwing things around the workshop just adding that little extra drama.
This 3-disc collection looks at some of the best bikes built during the first season (but unfortunately some run-over continued episodes are not included, disallowing the viewer to see some of the end products).
